Rockshox recommend replacing the lubricating oil in your lower legs every 50 hours of riding. This is a lower leg removal tool is designed to safely remove the lower legs threads on the shaft or bolt. 

• Compatible with all Rockshox forks where the lower leg bolts are not recessed into the forks (the shaft of the tool is 55mm long).
• Significantly reduces the chances of damaging your forks when performing routine maintenance.
• Use: Simply remove the stock bolts and thread in the tool making sure it is backed off a turn or two from hand tight. Tap with a hammer (dead blow works best) and the inner shaft should break free from the lower legs.
